    "content": "I also thank my colleagues, Members of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock for their participation. They came in large numbers. The Report is signed by many Members meaning all of us were available and committed to the cause. The memorandum went to the public but there was no objection from anybody to the appointment of Hon. Ochieng’ Mbeo for this position. That is, in itself, a good thing to note. I thank the public for that participation."
