I think the more we go without asking ourselves the critical questions, the more we will have similar Petitions. Chapter 5 of our Constitution is very clear; the principles of land policy include security of land rights. Cap.235 of Land Acquisition Act is also extremely clear on the process through which land is acquired, especially when it relates to a project."
