    "content": "Let us make sure that this Ministry does not just see brick and mortar in terms of projects, but compensate those people being displaced from their rightful land before starting a project. We do not want to see this issue of compensation coming up when the project is almost complete. I urge the Committee to address this issue once and for all. Let them ask the right questions. Lastly, I pray that the prayers of the petitioners from Kitui County be answered."
