    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Allow me to congratulate the visiting students and those who are on internship. I also want to congratulate the Senate for this noble initiative because this is the only way to impart knowledge to the future leaders. These young people are the ones who will take over from us. We passed the Land Value Index Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2018. If the question is; how much is one to be compensated, then there is no parameter to gauge that. People, who do not deserve compensation, can also take advantage of such projects to demand for compensation.
