The Government takes those parcels of land for a good cause but they need to consider the people whose parcels of land have been taken because those people are mentally affected and they also have responsibilities. The Government should also make a follow up to find out where those people have gone. That is because some of them end up being so stressed. It is unfortunate that the project is 50 per cent complete yet nothing has been done. The Committee that is going to deal with this matter should work with speed and ensure that justice is not delayed. They should also ensure that compensation is done according to the market rates."
