    "content": "I must mention that the question that has been raised by Sen. Mwaruma touches on about four questions that have been sent to the Ministry and responses have not come. Some responses came and we perused and actually discussed them today in our Committee but they did not have the signature of the CS. They were sent back. It is our hope that we get signed responses so that we go through them."
