    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me an opportunity to welcome pupils and students from Migori and Homa Bay counties which are far. So, when pupils and students identify the Senate as an institution worthy of visit, it is good for us to acknowledge that gesture. To the delegations of Migori and Homa Bay counties, the Senate is the place to be. They will one day make it and become Senators. However, the route to being a Senator, a Member of Parliament (MP) or leader is through education. So, I implore them to be studious and diligent. They need to get good results and inculcate discipline among themselves to excel. I welcome them to the Senate and Parliament."
