    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will be very brief. I stand to support this Bill in the amended form that it is being proposed by the Committee. As I support, I want to thank the Chair for the Communication that he made earlier because he has referred to Article 218 correctly that any House can initiate this Bill.
