    "content": "We created institutions and one of them that Kenyans gave themselves through the Constitution is the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA), knowing very well that if we leave it to the Government to decide what to do and where to take resources, that will never be done fairly. Today, we are discussing revenue allocation and, as the Senate, we are not getting figures from the air. These figures were given to us. We sat with the CRA and they showed us why they arrived at the figure of Kshs335 billion."
