If we had more money we would not have many people dying of cancer because the leaders that we have just buried are just an example of what is happening. Everybody here will confess that we receive a lot of requests from people who want us to assist them when they are suffering from cancer. For example, I deal with so many people with skin cancer because of albinism. There is no treatment. The National Assembly must rise to the occasion. I want to congratulate the Senate. This is not a defeat. This is magnanimity. It is showing the way. It is actually saying that, I am the bigger brother and I care for my country so that we move forward. I support."
