    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue of the Division of Revenue Act (DORA) that was taken to the National Assembly, as you had rightly read in your Statement, was shelved. The Speaker of the National Assembly said that it was unconstitutional. By carrying out the debate in the manner in which we are carrying it, we seem to be acquiescing to the fact that our activities are unconstitutional and what we are debating here is generally agreeing with what the National Assembly is doing.
