    "content": "Hon. Waluke is interfering with my contribution. I join all my colleagues in supporting this Motion. When we legislate, we should ensure that we push the Government to implement the Bills that we pass here in Parliament. If I remember well, we had a Motion which was brought by Hon. Mohamed Ali which said that every county should have, at least, a hospital that is fitted well with cancer screening and treatment machines. Since that Motion was passed, it has never been implemented. We should urge the Hon. Members and the Budget and Appropriations Committee to ensure that they provide the budget for what we legislate to ensure that it is implemented."
