"content": "The universal healthcare the President has talked about, in my view, will only be possible if health is handled from one centre. That is because the priorities of the counties are totally different. They may ask to be allocated more financial resources. That is the argument of the governors and their committee executive members. But the problem is that, once we allocate them the resources, their priorities in terms of where to apply those resources gets completely lost. Most counties have become like employment bureaus. They employ more people and spend a lot of money to pay salaries as opposed to providing essential services like health. As much as I agree with my sister Hon.
