    "content": " I will first recognise three schools. At the Speaker’s Gallery, we have pupils of Bungoma Primary School in Laikipia East, Laikipia County. At the Public Gallery, we have pupils of Wahu Primary School in Kandara, Murang’a County; and, pupils of Biftu Elite Academy in Isiolo North, Isiolo County. The three schools are welcome to follow and watch the proceedings of the National Assembly. I will now give opportunity to two lady Members in a row. First shall be Hon. Wangari from Gilgil and then Hon. Kasalu from Kitui."
