    "content": "Thirdly, whereas screening is a good thing, screening without more can be a bad thing in my considered opinion. Screening must be accompanied by treatment or management to the extent that up to certain stages, cancer can be treatable and beyond certain stages, it may be managed. Any recommendation on screening must come hand in hand with a recommendation for free treatment and management by the Government. In this case, whether it be the national or county governments, it must be clearly stipulated so. Only then can we meaningfully deal with the scourge of cancer in the present time."
