    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I find some contradiction in the Minister’s answer in that the difference in rates of duty will impact negatively on the economy because he has shown himself that the rates for rice are different for the three member states. Beside the point, I want to ask him whether he, indeed, consulted the Ministry of Agriculture, so that they are able to forewarn farmers for them to be able to be cushioned, so that they do not suffer eventualities."
