    "content": "Let me comment on a particular video clip that has been doing rounds. Back in 2010, I watched a video where Hon. Kioni was asking the then CEO of Kenya Bureau of Standards about maize that had been released into the market. The maize was believed to have aflatoxin. Mr. Mang’eli put it that in about 10 years the effects of the aflatoxin that was in the maize would be felt. I think that is what is happening to Kenyans now. We are feeling the effects of the maize that we consumed 10 years ago. Therefore, it is important for our Government to get serious."
