    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in the last part of the hon. Assistant Minister’s answer, he has said that this officer, instead of appealing, moved to the High Court and filed an application for judicial review in Mombasa High Court. The effect of that would be to quash the decision that dismissed him. If that happens, it means that the order of the High Court would take precedence over the dismissal by the force. Under these circumstances, could the Assistant Minister tell this House the outcome of the judicial review application in the High Court?"
