    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to support the distinguished lady. The problem with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in this country is that it is grossly underfunded. At independence, Emperor Haile Selassie gave Kenya five acres of land next to State House in Addis Ababa and Mzee Kenyatta gave Ethiopia two-and- a-half acres of land next to State House in Nairobi. The Ethiopian Embassy in Nairobi is a magnificent place but our Embassy in Addis Ababa is a slum and that runs through in many places. The question by the distinguished Senator is too broad. Some embassies are not too bad. Our Embassy in Uganda is very good. We have a building in Namibia that houses the United Nations and other distinguished tenants and it remits money to Kenya.
