    "content": "No, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I will advise that we make a fresh request when a different issue is being discussed. I want to congratulate Sen. (Prof.) Kamar for pursuing something that is so close to her heart in her county though it also has implications on other counties. There are certain things that are specific to Uasin Gishu but MTRH is a regional and national referral hospital. Therefore, Uasin Gishu County does require a Level 3, 4 or 5 hospitals for its people. As the Committee looks at this issue, they should set a precedent for the other counties. We will take advantage of that."
