    "content": "Among the limitations I have recognised in this Bill is that we are just talking about a Hall of Fame. We should think beyond that. There are many other areas that are craving recognition. We must identify famous people who have done a lot to our societies. There should be provisions in this legislation on processes of how to name roads and schools after or for them, so that the names are not just in a register, but on activities that touch the lives of the people who live in the counties."
