That way, when it comes to the person being in the Hall of Fame, it will not raise question marks. This is because people will see that, yes, this person deserves to be in that hall. Madam Temporary Speaker, even though I have been requested not to name names, allow me to talk about hon. Matiba. Even when we say that he ought to be in the Hall of Fame, it is possible to learn what he did from the media. When we are talking about what people have done, the issue of innovation has to come in. People should be innovative enough to leave an impact in their areas of specialization. When we are talking of technology, people should look for visible ways of ensuring that they leave a legacy. Madam Temporary Speaker, the Hall of Fame is not really about individuals. It is about the glory that the individuals have brought to the counties. I support this Bill. If there are any shortcomings in it, they need to be addressed so that it sees the light of the day. I believe Senators will enrich it in their contribution because it is a good Bill for this country. We need to acknowledge our people who are doing well for this nation because they are our mentors and a source of inspiration to the youth of this country. We, as a country, need to recognise the best talent among our people. Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me the opportunity. I beg to support the Bill."
