"content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I rise to support this Bill. From the outset, the Bible is very clear that it is actually better to have a good name than to have riches. That is why it is important for us to honour great leaders and contributors to our society. In fact, of late when I am thinking about myself, I realized that some of the things that we take for granted are other people’s legacies. That where we are, we are at a better place because someone made a sacrifice, so that we can be what we are today. That means that we need to know who these people are. Madam Temporary Speaker, I remember one time I was somewhere in some park, next to the United Nations, and there were some veterans trying to protest about their rights from Vietnam to the United Nations. That park is called Ralph Bunche; I think some of us have been there. It made me wonder who this Ralph Bunche is. As much as at that point I was mispronouncing the name. I came to realise there is even a road in Nairobi named after this gentleman."
