    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, we have the challenge of our country that I think this Bill seeks to address. This is because we seem to glorify those who are corrupt. After they have been able to pull down all the strings and limitations that may be provided within our judicial system, they end up occupying public office. In that case, they are glorified. There is no fame that you require than when people confer to you a public office to superintend over their public affairs. We see people who are involved in a corruption scandal, having a way of sanitizing themselves and eventually become office holders."
