    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Government has sufficient capacity to sort out this problem. The first thing that the motorists using that road need to do---, and I want to encourage the hon. Member for Juja to encourage the motorists using that section to obey the traffic signs that have been erected on the road. Secondly, this section will be completed, anyway, by end of December, 2011. We have been in consultation with the Minister for Roads who puts up the infrastructure. The Minister for Transport regulates the use of the road. The use that is currently there is subject to the work that we have been doing."
