    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I rise to make a few contributions to this timely Bill, which is intended to reward greatness. In America, the Hall of Fame is categorised in different fields and is used to reward legends. I have skimmed through this Bill and do not understand how one can reward legendary, when the county government administration and the public service board hold all the powers. How will they measure greatness? The Bill is good but needs to change because we are not trying to reward politics. Instead, we want to reward legends in the sports field, business and other areas. We can also reward people who have contributed to our cultural heritage. We need to think about The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
