    "content": "The drafter of this Bill, who is the Senate Majority Leader, has a very good idea, although he has to change his desire of rewarding greatness. The select committee is poorly constituted. I would not recommend that we have the clerk of the county assembly as the chairperson. The county executive committee member responsible for culture and heritage should not be part of that committee and should not play a key role in the selection. The chairperson of the county public service board should also not play a key role. Can we expand it by giving details of how one will be nominated to be included in the Hall of Fame?"
