    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Clearly, the Minister, even with collective responsibility does not seem to understand the matter before the House. This is because even a recruit surgeon will know that if you have to operate two legs, you do not cut both of them at the same time. This is a dual carriageway. It is only prudent that you start works on one section before you embark on the other section. Furthermore, we understand that there are two or more contractors involved in the construction of this road. The section in question is of a very lazy Chinese contractor called Chung Lee. He is the person causing the whole of this mess. Will I be in order, therefore, to request that this Question be redirected to the Minister for Roads who can give us the technicalities on this particular aspect?"
