"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries should be compelled to actually come to this House to explain whether that Ministry just exists for its own sake, yet they do not know how to go about things so as to ensure that this country becomes food secure. It is quite a shame, because our Government came on board and promised that by 2022, this county will be one of the countries in the region that shall be entirely food secure, to the extent of even having surplus to sell to the neighbouring countries. This may not be achievable, considering the scenario that is going on right now in all agriculture sectors."
