    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as we contribute to this Statement, I suggest that as the Committee looks at that issue, the CS should be invited to come and talk to the whole House so that every Member of this House can actually see the problem that those of us who come from the food production zones of this country are facing. We have the farmers who have the capacity to produce both milk and grain for this country for purposes of food security, but now we have a problem. I thank Sen. Githiomi for coming up with this Statement. The Committee that you direct this Statement to should bring the CS before us. It should also separate issues to be done by the county governments and the national Government. We should not invite him to come and answer to issues that should be dealt with by counties."
