    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we should not be importing powdered milk that was exported from this country in raw form because it is killing dairy farming in our country. Our Committee will look into this issue and report back to the House. Sen. (Prof.) Kamar mentioned that the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) silos are closed. We have information that there is a move to start the importation of maize. We will resist the move to import maize until all the maize from the local farmers is mopped up. We would like the NCPB to clean their silos and granaries for the new harvest because our farmers are about to harvest maize."
