    "content": "The other issue is creation of the Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) space. Non- Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and CSOs should conduct more research so that we are told who is the most corrupt. My recommendation is that we should have a list of shame every quarter if we have to achieve financial freedom in Africa. I believe that the game changer is allowing freedom of CSOs space and the media, so that the ills within our society are exposed all the time."
