    "content": "The devastation that we have seen is like no other. It has broken down bridges. Families have been completely disconnected from one another. People were left on one side of the road while their houses were on the other side. We saw people being carried away. The only thing I would like to add my voice to, which was raised by our colleagues the other day, is the reaction of the national Government. In particular, we know that the county government was almost helpless in this situation and we had expected more from the national Government."
