    "content": "We really would like to ask the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government that is involved in emergencies to relook their strategies. This is because, those roads would have had bridges mounted on them the same day. If attention had been given, we know that the armed forces have the capacity to erect a bridge between any sizes of rivers in this country, within the shortest time possible. As Senators, we felt that the attention that was initially given to West Pokot was not sufficient. Maybe the Senator will tell us whether that has changed."
