    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the county governments need to put in place mechanisms to ensure that all households have clean water. The county governments must put monies aside for purposes of supplying water to all residents. Water is required for irrigation if we are to attain sufficient supply of food. Mr. Temporary Speaker Sir, I beg to support this Motion and urge the Committee on Lands, Environment and Natural Resources to interrogate county governments and ensure that all households have sufficient water supply."
