    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I thank those who have contributed to this Motion. As they have all said, water is life. It is incumbent upon this Government to ensure that all Kenyans get adequate water. It is important for the Government to first serve the people who live in the water sources, before taking that water to other towns or cities. We expect people surrounding water sources, like Sasumwa Dam in Nyandarua, to be served first before taking it to other places. Mr. Temporary Speaker Sir, I thank those who have contributed and I beg to move."
