    "content": "I will, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I am just concluding. I know the committees are doing a good job. Sometimes when they invite these agencies, they do not turn up because of many factors. I am happy that last week, they did summon the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. I would request in the near future, the audience of the Committee in Nandi County to address various issues of roads whereby contractors have abandoned their work stations; they are not working on the roads yet they have been awarded tenders to do those roads. I would request the Committee that even as the CS, Transport and Infrastructure appears before them, they should at least notify most of the Members because roads is a national and county concern; so that we can be part of the process.
