    "content": "When we go out there we find that we have PWDs who are talented in sports, but they do not have support from the counties. This is a very sad affair. For example, I will give an example of a county that I visited in 2017. I was invited to oversee the national Paralympic games in Bungoma County. When I went there, I found that the county executive members were not present to watch or even coordinate the games. This was a national event, it was a sorry state because the athletes who were there were not provided with breakfast, 10.00 a.m. tea, lunch, transportation or any compensation from the county government yet they were expected to participate."
