    "content": "At the beginning of last year, I supported a football team of disabled persons who have a lot of challenges. Nobody was recognising them even at the Ministry level. It was sad when they went to the Ministry seeking to travel to participate in an international game. These are people who need to be facilitated, but nobody took care of them. I felt it when I went to the ground. They were playing against teams in the inter-country sporting."
