We should audit them annually and get feedback from this section of society on whether they benefited from those resources. The talk about supporting the disabled and allocating them quarters has been going on for long. We need to take stock and audit what actual progress has been made in this regard and what we have attained as a society in terms of bridging the gap between what we allocate and how we support our less fortunate members of the society."
