This is a big conceptualization and a challenge. Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve, through a relevant Committee, can get together the stakeholders such as the County Executive Committee Members (CECs) from all the 47 counties and begin with a brainstorming session about what they are doing regarding PWDs, Para Sports in their counties and what facilities they have."
