    "content": "It should not happen like I saw, where I represent PWDs nationally, but I had no voice at all. It has come out clearly that when it comes to sports, it has benefits to PWDs in terms of ensuring physical fitness, career development, team work, self-worthiness and confidence. I want to thank my Chairman, Sen. (Dr.) Langat, who has picked up the issue very fast and has even suggested that there is need to make a county visit in all the 47 counties to find out whether there are facilities of sporting in schools in Kenya. I also want to thank the Chairperson for the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare who has committed himself to picking up the issue and saying that the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare will be part of the team that will spearhead this to ensure we also do county visits and help county governments to come up with associations that will help PWDs."
