PWDs in Paralympics are not represented in national and international sporting events simply because the county governments have taken a back seat and they are not supporting this. There is need to interrogate the money that is given to sports and find out how much goes to Paralympic sports and how much is used in counties. The issues of accessibility are very important. There is need to have facilities that are accessible and infrastructure. There is also need to have a mechanism of ensuring PWDs are not excluded in any way."
