    "content": " Hon. Speaker, the Standing Orders provide for tenets of disorderly conduct carried out in the House while parliamentary proceedings are ongoing. I am raising this on a point of order under Standing Orders 107 and 107 (A), which addresses the conduct of business by Honourable Members of Parliament. Specifically, Standing Orders 107 and 107 (A) provide for the procedure of dealing with disorderly conduct, where a Member threatens and uses un-parliamentary language. The said Member, despite having threatened to punch a colleague, when I requested him to retract his statement, he went on to threaten me further and used un-parliamentary language.
