    "content": "As I conclude, it is important for us as a country to accept that gaming and related activities are here with us. It is important for us to regulate and govern the same in such a way that they do not destroy families. Gaming and gambling have very serious negative impact. Before we go to the Committee of the whole House, I request the Committee to be gracious enough to give a social impact assessment report of the impact of gaming in this country. The business people make a lot of money. It is important for them to invest part of that money to alleviate the negative impacts of gaming."
