    "content": "The Bill has also put in place that members of the board who will be charged with licensing and overseeing those activities will be involved in going to see people who are bringing in unauthorised games and those playing at the wrong places. We have put in a clause that policemen will only be accompanying those to do the arrest because they are the ones who know what we are looking into. Initially, we used to have policemen or chiefs pick gaming boxes and equipment and take them to the police station. They did not have any law to prosecute and when they did it, they were not sure if they were doing it the right way. The members of the board will be trained and equipped with facts and the requirements of this law once they are doing arrests or when they charge somebody."
