    "content": "The reason we got to this point where Government had to close down a lot of our gambling business is because you would be sitting in the house and you are in the middle of financial problems; and an advert would come and give you a system of what you needed to press on your phone and hopefully make some money. A lot of people, homes, families and individuals have been destroyed by how easy it was to do that. This Bill has found a way of ensuring we do not do that anymore. It ensures that you have to go through a certain system and that the people running the gambling business itself are held to account for what they are doing and also for the money they collect. Determining how much they pay in taxes and how much they pay the people who participate in that game is, indeed, a good thing and so I support."
