"content": " We have talked about the age which is a majority age for somebody to gamble in Kenya, one must be 18 years and above. The Children’s Act is clear that parents will take care of their children until the age of 18, after which the person becomes an adult and makes his or her own decisions. The other day there was a decision made by the courts stating clearly that once a child reaches the majority age of 18 years then, this child can make his or her own decisions and should never be influenced."
