    "content": "The other thing is about regulations. Regulations are very important. They will help our county governments to control betting because they will be issuing licences to the people managing those games. Having a new board will also help a lot because the Government is losing a lot of money because everybody was opening gaming shops because it was easy. Many youths were always ready to bet in those gaming shops. Many people are going into depression because they go with the little money they have and do not win. That pushes most of our youths into killing themselves. When they lose that money, they do not know what to do next. That also affects mature people. I congratulate Hon. Munyaka and his Committee. We are behind you."
