    "content": "The Committee engaged with various stakeholders especially the public and made several visits to, I believe, nine counties. Views were collected. The views that came out from the general public were that gambling was a destructive force. Those who were engaged directly in the gaming business felt that this gaming business should be regulated and there should be a balance so that we do not destroy the gambling business."
